I found that Jared demonstrated an impressive knowledge of decks, deck repair and local building codes. He was also able to create some unique solutions to my deck’s unique problems. In addition, he was very friendly and customer service oriented.

Summit Exteriors just completed the replacement of the final half of the original windows on our 70-year-old home. I had never heard of Summit when I called them for a competing bid last fall. I like to get bids from smaller, local companies that have been in business for awhile. The job just finished up due to the size of the job and some issues along the way. Sometimes unusual problems can arise when dealing with an older home and the installers hit a doozy (downstairs windows installed with concrete). The entire team handled it professionally, solved the problem, and eventually were able to laugh about it. There were additional fees for additional work, but Summit did their best to minimize that as much as possible, and we get that's part of having work done on an older home. The crew did a perfect job matching the stain color of our oak trim and the fir trim downstairs. The install crew was really great group of guys and it was comfortable having them work in our house for a period of time. They laid down drop cloths every day and vacuumed every day when they were done. Ryan was amazing: he came every day, made sure we were happy and didn't need anything, and checked on the installation, etc. Such a nice, thoughtful guy. What a gem! In summary, we couldn't be happier and the price was very competitive! I would definitely use Summit again for work on our house.

They not only repaired my roof but also completed a full shingle replacement, and the results are outstanding! Their prices are competitive, products are the highest quality with a variety or choices and colors. They also completed the job in one day.
From start to finish, the process was smooth. Communication was clear, the crew was respectful of my property, and they left everything spotless when the job was done. The quality of the work is excellent, and I feel confident my home is well protected for years to come.

Jeff and his crews with Summit Exteriors were absolutely great! They did our new windows, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters! The crews were efficient, responsive and very friendly! We had direct, quick contact through the whole project and, as you can see, the finished product is gorgeous! We highly recommend them for all of your window, siding, gutter needs!

Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with, definitely appreciate the professional customer service throughout throughout the process. Jeff came out to my home for a cost estimate and was very knowledgeable and provided me with a thorough recommendation of gutter and downspout system specific for my home. I was scheduled for mid November/2021 for an new gutter install however, Summit Exteriors found a way to get my gutters installed 3 weeks ahead of my install date which I was very happy about before winter. The install crew came out and did a great job. It took them just one day to complete. I appreciate them cleaning up all debris around my house as well. The seamless/ hand mitre corners on our gutters look excellent and very clean!! We highly recommend Summit Exteriors!

The roof is the most important part of a house and it's a big investment, so i was careful about choosing a company i felt like i could trust to replace mine. I read lots of online reviews, and got estimates from four companies.
The most expensive one never even came to look at my roof in person.
I waited two weeks for the guy from the next most expensive company. He touted their excellent service record and longevity in the business, which is great, but he said very little about my roof. Another well-advertised company gave me a reasonable estimate, but that guy's answers to some of my questions left me questioning his integrity. It seemed like they were less expensive than the others because they were willing to "cut corners".
Summit Exteriors was recommended by a friend of mine. She said they did a good job on her roof, so i contacted them. They got back to me right away and came to look at my roof a couple days later. Of the four "salesmen" i'd dealt with, Dan was the only one who seemed like a regular guy who has actually worked on houses. He was also the only one to show me physical samples of the product they'd be using. The other two i'd met in person just gave me pamphlets and paperwork. They were available when i had questions and responded promptly and, i think, honestly. And, it turns out, they also quoted me the best price.
And when i decided to entrust Summit with my roof, they got me on the schedule for the following week. Two days ago, Dan and his crew arrived just before i left for work and they were done and had everything all cleaned up before i got home. The existing roof was in really bad shape, so i was concerned about the condition of the plywood underneath, but once the old shingles were removed, Dan sent a photo showing it was still good. Since i couldn't be there to see it for myself, that really put my mind at ease. I was really impressed with the new roof i came home to.
It's only been a couple days and it hasn't even rained yet, so i guess time will be the true judge of their quality and craftsmanship, but as of now, i feel fairly confident that i made the right choice with Summit Exteriors. The condition of my roof has been weighing heavily on my mind for years. So, it's good to finally have a new roof and some peace of mind and not end up knee deep in debt.
